Kerri Toloczko

Fun Facts:

Kerri (Houston) Toloczko is the executive director of the Election Integrity Network, a project of the Virginia Institute for Public Policy. She also serves as a senior fellow for Frontiers of Freedom and Institute for Liberty, and senior advisor to the Florida Fair Elections Coalition.

She previously held positions as vice president of policy for American Constitutional Rights Union, senior policy director for now-Florida Senator Rick Scott’s Conservatives for Patients’ Rights, and has been affiliated with numerous conservative organizations throughout her career including American Conservative Union, State Policy Network, and Institute for Policy Innovation.

Kerri served two terms as a Congressionally-appointed commissioner on the Congressional U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission and was nominated to serve on President George W. Bush’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security.

A strong proponent of individual and economic liberty and free markets, Kerri is a widely published opinion writer and talk show guest. She is currently focused on election integrity, but lectures on numerous public policy and legislative issues and has provided testimony to Congress.

Known for her dedication to presenting public policy in a way that will “pass the dinner table test,” Kerri brings a sharp wit and a practical spin to free market solutions to public policy problems and in developing stakeholder relationships.

Kerri joined the Virginia Institute team in 2022.
