William is an operations support specialist at the Virginia Institute for Public Policy, an independent, nonpartisan, education and research organization that develops and promotes public policy consistent with the Virginia tradition of individual liberty, dynamic entrepreneurial capitalism, private property, the rule of law, and constitutionally limited government. As such, he primarily provides support for the Institute’s numerous tech-related operations.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, William seamlessly manages the Institute’s websites and internal communication platforms, ensuring smooth and effective digital interactions. Additionally, William takes charge of audio and video editing for the Institute, and leverages his skills to enhance presentations and facilitate communication. Ever ready to support the Institute’s various coalition efforts, William stands as a dependable backup when called upon, showcasing his commitment to service and collaboration.
In addition to his role with the Institute, William is a multifaceted professional who serves as a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Complementing his military service and professional responsibilities, William is pursuing a degree in history at Southern Virginia University, driven by a deep curiosity about the past and its implications for the present and future. With aspirations to become a chaplain in the United States Navy, his dedication to both his academic and military pursuits is evident.
