Caleb Taylor is the director of policy for the Virginia Institute for Public Policy, where he began as a volunteer and part-time editor in 1997. In addition to directing the policy research, planning, and symposia curriculum for the Virginia Institute, Caleb leads the Virginia Institute’s Legislative Impact Program, developing direct fit legislative models for the Institute’s coalition partners in and out of Virginia.

Caleb earned his degree in Economics and Business Administration from Liberty University and his Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Caleb and his wife, Karina, work to help new homeschool parents manage their first stressful challenges in the new family paradigm that is homeschooling. Caleb also volunteers with students and recent graduates of Asbury Seminary to help build out the nuts-and-bolts of their calling and facilitate the early growth of their efforts within the ministry and non-profit space.
