Amanda Conlin is the lead producer for the Virginia Institute for Public Policy’s radio program Freedom & Prosperity Radio.

Prior to joining the Virginia Institute, she was a producer for a news radio program out west and also worked in the private sector as a communications specialist with start-up companies. Her experience has given her a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and small businesses in general. The second oldest of four children, Amanda grew up in Payson, Utah and studied communications with an emphasis in public relations at Utah Valley University.

When Amanda is not working, you can find her outside camping, hiking, or reading a good book. She is an avid student of the U.S. Constitution and loves to read about the lives of our nation’s Founding Fathers.¬†Some of her favorite things would include the color yellow, country music, singing, and collecting really old books.
